HI ALL!!

My name is Brice Harkless! I grew up in a small town in South Dakota about 2 hours south of Spearfish named Hot Springs! While growing up I was involved in many extracurricular activities such as football, wrestling, baseball, track, and student council. Being from a small town I also grew into loving the outdoors and all the opportunities that come with it, such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping. 

After high school I was lucky enough to attend Black Hills State University where I continued my education and was fortunate enough to play football! Five short years later I found myself student teaching in the Spearfish School District  where I ended up landing my first job out of college! In the spring of 2023 I graduated from Black Hills State University! 

A little bit more information about me, I have a dog named Birk and a fiancée that also works in the same school named Jessica. Jessica (Jess) is the athletic trainer for the high school! Jess and I met around four years ago, right before that nasty virous COVID became a thing. During covid I went to completely online for school, Jess was finishing her masters in Texas, so for about 6 months we lived in San Angelo Texas before moving back up north!  I have lived in the town of Spearfish ever since I graduated from high school and fell in love with it.
