情緒健康小錦囊 

關於青少年健康服務計劃

背 景

青少年正經歷成長中的身心變化，加上社會環境轉變，使他們面對著很多的挑戰。若在適應及處理上出現困難，便會直接影響其心理健康及人際關係的發展，亦會促使他們養成不良的生活模式及參與危害健康的行為，包括吸煙、飲酒、吸毒、性濫交、自毀、自殺等。

為使青少年在成長中獲得正面的引導及全面的培育，衞生署學生健康服務於2001年開創了青少年健康服務計劃，透過醫生、護士、營養師、社工及臨床心理學家等專業人士，以外展形式在學校推行促進身心社交及精神健康的活動，培育青少年以正確的態度和技巧，去面對成長中的挑戰，邁向健康快樂的人生。

服 務 發 展

青少年健康服務計劃自推出以來，一直獲得良好的反應和支持。學校的回饋及成效評估研究指出，這計劃深受老師及學生歡迎。成效評估顯示參與計劃的學生較不參與者在多方面，包括健康知識、態度、心理社交狀況及行為，均有較佳的表現。為配合青少年不斷轉變的需要，我們會繼續定期修改及適時更新計劃內容。

內 容 主 旨

在學生方面，課程目標包括提高青少年對自我的認識和接納、學習處理自己的情緒和壓力、提升他們與別人和諧相處和解決問題的能力等。

在老師和家長方面，課程目標是加強他們對青少年身心社交健康的認識，使他們能配合整個計劃，以正確的態度和技巧，一起培育這一代的青少年。
