What to expect

Check in

Look for the Volunteer Parking signs to guide you into the parking lot. Upon arrival, look for the VOLUNTEER CHECK IN tent, typically located near Registration, check in with your Volunteer Coordinator. You will need your QR code from your registration (please make sure to take a screenshot as internet can be spotty at the venue). 

You will receive a Volunteer shirt, lunch/snacks, and you will get assigned to your volunteer role.
Your volunteer coordinator will give a rundown after check-in and send you off with your zone leader!

Meals

Full Day Volunteer will receive a Lunch; lunch will be a sub sandwich and chips. We will have some vegetarian and vegan options available. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but if these do not fit into your dietary needs, please plan accordingly and bring snacks/lunch for yourself. 

Water bottles + light snacks will be provided to all volunteers.

Check Out

At the end of your shift, you will check out with your Volunteer Coordinator at the Volunteer Tent. 

You will return any radios that you used while volunteering. The Volunteer Coordinator provide you your Race Code on a physical card. We suggest taking a picture of this code immediately, as if you lose it, it will not be replaced! 

Remember, you must check out at the end of your shift in order to receive your race code and any other perks.
