Keeping hydrated is incredibly important. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after your event.
Official Nutrition Partner Grenade will offer protein bars on-course delivering that much-needed hit of protein energy when you need it most.
At the event, water and a snack will be provided on course. There will be one water/food station on the Tough Mudder 5K course and 3 water and/or food stations on the Tough Mudder 15K course.
