Sparta Code of Conduct- I expect you to follow all school rules and policies...Including NO CELLPHONES or HEADPHONES OF ANY KIND.

Get into the lab on time.

At the beginning of class, make sure you are facing the front of the room do not turn to or touch the computer until you are instructed to do so. Check the white board for any instructions. Sit quietly until you know what's expected of you.

No food or drink in lab (including gum and candy). 

Read the instructions from Google Classroom, on the boards, or even on the program itself before asking for help. 

If you are in need of assistance or have a question, place your 'FLAG" on the top of the computer monitor and continue working. I will help you as soon as possible. Be patient!

Keep your hands and materials to yourself and off other people’s computers. Respect others in the class. Be responsible for all the equipment in the classroom. Do everything you can to assist us in keeping the classroom neat and organized. 

Be sure to save your work only in the folder or drive that is designated by the teacher. Stay organized! Label folders and files properly.

Stay out of other people's files. Hands off of other people's computers.

If you finish assignments or have extra computer time, you may work on other school assignments. You can work with any educational art/design activities and programs I provided for you as well. You may also help others if they permit you to.  

All computer use must have an educational basis. No unsanctioned games or video viewing. Do not surf the Internet other than for class related purposes. Do not make changes to the desktop.

You will do very well if you stay on task and focus on the projects during the class time. During demonstrations and discussions, practice good listening skills. Listen carefully to instructions given since they will help you through the process. Ask questions at that time.

You can talk at appropriate times in class, but please keep the volume at a level that is acceptable.

3-5 minutes before the end of class, prepare to leave your workspace the way you'd like to find it. Be sure you properly close all windows, log off of your computer. Put the mouse and keyboard where they belong. Push your chair into your lab station. Put all your paperwork away.

Assignments have due dates. You need to submit your completed projects at that time in order to get a full grade. Incomplete assignments may result in a lower grade.ult in a lower grade.
