Helpful Tips
Issues with "Chrome" Google Meet.
1) In Chrome, CTRL H, clear all History 'from the beginning of time', close and reopen Chrome
2) In Chrome, (3 dots in the upper right corner, Help, About Chrome) make sure you are using version 94+
Sound Issues on Meets
1) Make sure to allow the Mic before you connect to a Meet. Select the correct device.
2) No sound or to increase your volume, In the Search Icon on the lower left, type Sound and select Sound Control Panel, when the Sound dialogue box opens, select Speaker/HP and click on properties in the lower right.
3) Echo & static, In the Search Icon on the lower left, type Sound and select Sound Control Panel, when the Sound dialogue box opens, select Speaker/HP and click on properties in the lower right. Another dialogue box will open, go to the Dolby Audio tab and Turn off, and click OK to apply. For the Mic, repeat the above except select the Recording tab when the Sound dialogue box opens, Select Microphone, click on properties in the lower right, click the Enhancements tab, check "disable all sound effects", click OK to apply
