About me

Ms. Alexandra Zeldenrust is a seasoned science teacher at Dorman High School. Graduate of Wofford College, Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience Concentration, and Sociology Minor. Currently pursuing a M.Ed at South Carolina Upstate.

Biology is my passion, but the other is educating students. I believe that education is the great equalizer in the lives of young students. I believe that students who are encouraged and given skills they need by teachers at school and supported by their community can overcome any obstacle in their lives. I am committed in enriching the lives of students of our community, who will in turn, enrich their surrounding community. I am passionate in sharing my love and appreciation of science with students, and encouraging them to see the benefits of science literacy in everyday life.
