Eligibility: Anyone with documented need, Typically one must be resident in District 2 or District 1. D2 Gets preference and not all assistance is available to non D2 residents.

Application Procedure: All services are by appointment only. For food and utility assistance: Bring personal photo ID, Social Security cards for everyone in the household, and proof of all income (pay stub, unemployment, child support, food stamp, disability, ...) or proof of how you are paying your bills. There are several forms to fill out.
For utility assistance: Also bring a current utility bill and disconnect notice.
Service Area: All District 2 and District 1 Communities. All D2 communities are served with first preference.
