6/21/2023: Hey parents and guardians!  We've heard you all asking for an online CIPPE form submission and we have finalized the process!  The web based service we are using is called FamilyID which is used by a number of other schools in the area.  

This link will take you to the website where you can create an account and complete your child(ren)'s PIAA CIPPE and upload the physician's authorization form (PIAA CIPPE Section 6).  That form must still be signed by your child's physician or other Authorized Medical Examiner.  It is a very simple and self explanatory program to use.
