Having graduated from the University of Brighton in 2015, I have developed and specialised in two key areas: Science, and supporting young people with additional needs. These have become my passion, and the values they have taught me underpin my teaching. I have had the privilege of being able to work with students from the age of 4 to 16, including both the primary and secondary curriculum.
Due to my specialism and personal knowledge and understanding, I am most confident in the subjects of Maths and Science, but do have experience in most other subjects. I pride myself on being adaptable, approachable and patient, and strongly believe that I can reach students that other teachers may struggle more with. Personalised learning enables me to be flexible and meet their needs as they arise, overcoming their usual barriers to learning to encourage and develop self-confidence.
