Every October, after the Pumpkin Run, we host a Dia Del Niño Carnival at the school. This event is full of crafts, games and frights. Parents and students are invited to join the festivities.  

SWS has a long standing tradition of hosting a YMCA Giving Tree that direclty benefit families in our community. Gifts collected benefit program participants from YWCA Clark County’s SafeChoice Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault programs. Tags are available every November, and gifts collected and delivered to YMCA in December.

To conclude the school year, everyone gathers at Fallen Leaf Lake Park for Field Day to celebrate. The SPA organizes games, food, music and all out energy to end the school year with smiles on everyone's faces. Picture popcorn, cake walks, face paint and games.
