Check to see if your computer is back from repair or a loaner is ready for you.
Notify your teacher if there is an issue that prevents you from completing your schoolwork or participating in class.
Troubleshooting tips:
Refresh the page that won’t load. Reload your browser and try again.
Check your internet strength - look at the in the lower right corner.
Make sure your Chrome is updated.
Make sure you’re logged into Chrome (If you see PAUSED in the upper right corner, click it and log in).
Remove any extensions not absolutely necessary for school.
Close any tabs you don’t absolutely need.
If something freezes, Ctrl Alt Delete > Task Manager > Select the application to force quit.
Quit ALL applications and relaunch the program.
If having camera or microphone issues, look in the address bar for a little camera symbol. Click it to make sure your camera and microphone are allowed.
Check for Windows updates and run them.
Restart your computer.
Make sure you haven’t muted your computer or microphone with your function keys (the F keys across the top of your keyboard).
Make sure you've not added a funky background or blur to Meet.
Checked your home internet connection and made sure it’s not happening on other devices?
Check your internet connection and and speed using Speedtest.net or Fast.com
If repair or reimage is needed or you are locked out of an account, submit a Tech Support Ticket:
Log into IncidentIQ using your @students.spa.edu Google account.

Call (or have a parent call) Mrs. Brass and leave a message - 651-696-1444. Be sure to mention your name, grade, and phone number. This will send her an email, and she'll respond as soon as able.
