What To Expect
CONNECTION
During a two and half day, in - person workshop, we hope to inspire and increase representation of women in all aspects of tennis. This event is dedicated to connecting and supporting diverse women across the tennis industry. You'll meet leaders from a network of organizations, corporations, community recreation groups, clubs, coaches and players - all with one thread of connection - tennis!
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
Learn how to grow as a leader from the experts and from those making a positive impact in their everyday work and play. Through a series of panelist and breakout sessions, gain new insights from grassroots innovators, youth, coaches, and leaders in tennis.
WHO
This is a professional development event designed to empower women who positively influence the game of tennis. All female high school, college and community coaches, USTA league captains and players, high school and college players, along with other female industry leaders such as USPTA/PTR Professionals, USTA staff and volunteers, and business owners are encouraged to attend.
