Event Safety and Security Procedures
South Range Local School District is taking proactive measures to enhance safety and security for all spectators and participants attending school athletic and activity events.
After reviewing safety protocols used at professional and collegiate venues, the district recognizes the importance of strengthening our own procedures to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment. There is no known or current threat — these updates are strictly proactive and designed to maintain the highest level of safety at our events.
Event Expectations:
Elementary & Younger Students (6th Grade and Below):
· Must be accompanied by an adult at all times, except when traveling to restrooms or concession stands.
· May not run around the facility or campus.
· Must remain out of restricted areas.
Middle & High School Students (Grades 7–12):
· Students attending without an adult must sit in the designated student sections.
· May not run around the facility or campus.
· Must remain out of restricted areas.
Consequences
· Spectators who fail to follow safety and security guidelines may be removed from the facility and forfeit their ticket.

Student Athletic Pass
With a Student Athletic Pass, South Range students from Kindergarten through High School will be able to enter any SRMS or SRHS 2025-2026 regular season home athletic event. The pass is $75 and will be personalized with the student’s name and photo.

Q. What is the purpose of the Student Athletic Pass?
A. The Student Athletic Pass will be available to all students in the district from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Our goal is to increase attendance at our sporting events by making it easier and more affordable for students to attend South Range sporting events.
Q. What can I attend with this pass?
A. Students that have their pass can enter ALL 7th and 8th grade, freshmen, JV, and Varsity home regular season sporting events. Every sport! For the entire school year!
Q. How much does this pass cost?
A. The Student Athletic Pass is $75
Q. How do I purchase a Student Athletic Pass?
A. Come to the High School Office
August 11th- August 15th 8:00am -12:00 pm
Meet the Team Wednesday August 13th at 6:00 pm
Q. Do students with a Student Athletic Pass still need to buy a ticket?
A. No. The Student Athletic Pass is your ticket into the game. Please note: Students MUST have their pass with them for entry into a sporting event. Photos of passes will NOT be accepted.
