Due Date Policy

All projects are due on the date that I assign.  If the student is absent on the actual date then they are to be turned in on the return day to class. Most projects are given a 2 week working time, so think ahead. If you have vacation, college visit or another predetermined date that the student will not be there, submit it early. If you have an unexcused absence and turn the project in the next day. It will receive nothing higher than a 50%. For each additional late day it is 5 points off. At the end of 2 weeks it is a 0%. I will not accept projects more then 2 weeks late.

Excuses such as “I forgot my camera”, “My camera was out of batteries”, I did not have time to do the assignment”, “I could not get a camera to check out”, "I forgot my phone cord", "My projects aren't on my desktop anymore" are NOT valid.

If you need to check out a camera from school, make sure you do it well ahead of the due date. I have only 5 cameras and with an average size class being 14/15 students, cameras are in use constantly.
