Laboratory investigations are designed to give you a hands-on knowledge of physical science. In order for the laboratory to be a place of learning and discovery, it must first be a safe place in which to work. Safety is the responsibility of each student. Unsafe procedures endanger not only you but your classmates as well.
Failure to follow the procedures below may result in immediate removal from the lab, a loss of credit for the assignment and/or disciplinary action.
Safety Procedures:
- Follow any specific safety instructions given by your teacher.
- Read each experiment carefully before beginning, and note any cautions or hazards.
