We’re thrilled to have you here! The Southern Pearls are an official interest group of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. ®, established on February 23, 2024. This group is comprised of 41 illustrious women dedicated to upholding our motto of “Service to All Mankind.”

Serving Zachary, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, and Pointe Coupee parishes, we aim to be a community change agent, making a meaningful impact within our footprint. Our dynamic start includes participating in voter registration drives, back-to-school events, issuing scholarships, and engaging in various activities aligned with our international initiatives.
