The Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program provides vaccines to children who do not have health insurance. Children who are insured but whose insurance does not cover immunizations are also eligible to receive federally funded vaccines at public sites, including Federally Qualified Health Centers and Rural Health Clinics.
Please contact the Pennsylvania Department of Health at 1-877-PA HEALTH (1-877-724-3258) to find a VFC provider in your area.
United Way Worldwide partnered with Walgreens to start the SingleCare Flu Vaccination Program. This program will provide free flu vaccine vouchers for individuals who are uninsured. The voucher can only be redeemed at Walgreens locations.
Vouchers will be sent electronically to an email address so you must have access to a working email, either your own or someone else’s. There is one voucher per person and each voucher will have a unique ID number. However, multiple vouchers can be sent to the same email, so the whole family can receive their flu vaccine vouchers at one email address.
You can find the Flu Vaccine Voucher Interest Form by going to your regional 211 website at https://pa211sw.org and clicking the link for the “Walgreens Flu Vaccine.”
