SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME/MEDICAID INFORMATION


In order to access many adult services students need to be receiving Medicaid.  These services can be accessed by any student who has been deemed eligible to receive  (SSI) in NYS.  Medicaid can be utilized as a secondary insurance for adult services.  At the age of 18 years  it is important to apply for this.
