The online retreats provided below have been carefully selected to meet the prerequisite criteria, ensuring a minimum of a 4-night silent meditation experience within the Insight or Vipassana tradition. Each retreat is guided by highly skilled and approved teachers who specialize in facilitating transformative silent residential retreats.
Please note that only pre-approved online retreats will qualify as MMTCP prerequisite retreats.
