The in-person retreats provided below have been carefully selected to meet the prerequisite criteria, ensuring a minimum of a 4-night silent meditation experience within the Insight or Vipassana tradition. Each retreat is guided by highly skilled and approved teachers who specialize in facilitating transformative silent residential retreats.
