Make sure it is clear which activities you participate in at SAHS
These must be school-sponsored activities and athletics
See the Community Service Guidelines for more information on qualifying community service
Clearly describe what YOU did during this volunteer time
You must list the name of the organization, contact person, and contact information
Make sure the activity was done as community service and not as a requirement of another school or non-school organization

5. Coach/Advisor Referrals- at least 2 referrals from a coach or club advisor
**Coaches and advisors will submit these directly to the NHS advisor and will not be included in the application packet you submit.**
