These Terms of Use govern your use of Sorven, provided by KGT. By downloading, purchasing, or using Sorven, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms, KGT grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sorven on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's rules. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it to store or share unlawful content.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information and files you add. You confirm that you have the right to store and share that content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, device and Apple Account security, permissions, and maintaining independent backups of information that is important to you.

Subscriptions

Sorven Pro is available through monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store displays the price, currency, trial information if any, billing period, and other purchase terms before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and purchase restoration under its policies.

Apple and system services

iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, notifications, camera scanning, photo and file selection, biometric authentication, and sharing depend on compatible Apple hardware, software, accounts, permissions, network access, and service availability. Apple, not KGT, operates those services. Features may be limited when a service or permission is unavailable.

Backups and data loss

Sorven provides local storage, optional private iCloud synchronization, and export tools, but synchronization is not a substitute for a verified backup. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of critical records. Deleting data, removing the app, changing accounts, losing device access, or synchronization failures may make data unrecoverable.

No professional advice

Sorven is an organization tool. Values, reminders, reports, maintenance records, and other outputs are informational and do not constitute insurance, appraisal, legal, tax, accounting, safety, or maintenance advice. Verify important information with a qualified professional.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorven is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. KGT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, property, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update Sorven or these terms as features and legal requirements change. The revised effective date will be shown in the app. You may stop using Sorven at any time and should export needed data before deletion. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the app or comply with law.
