PATMO offers what is perhaps the simplest input system for chemical reaction networks.
Download the input files and fill the files as instructed below:

4. Incident solar flux

5. Compile your model

After filling up the above excel files, create your own input folder under the /tests folder and upload all four excel files in your own input folder.
In the main directory, create a model based on your own reaction network and input parameters typing

./compile.sh
