숙명여자대학교 의약정보연구소는 숙명여자대학교의 특성화 사업계획에 따라 1995년 2월 27일에 설립된 우리나라 최초의 종합의약정보연구소입니다. 지난 30여년동안 국내 의약정보의 보급에 힘써왔으며 보건복지부의 의약정보관리기술개발연구사업 및 한국과학재단의 전문연구 정보 시스템 구축사업에 참여하는 등 국가적 의약정보시스템 개발의 중추적 역할을 담당해왔습니다. 

의약정보연구소는 의약품 및 의약품 사용과 관련한 최신 정보를 수집하고 분석하여 전문적인 약학정보를 제공합니다. 또한 의약품 개발 및 유효성과 안전성에 필요한 다양한 프로젝트를 수행하여 의약품 산업과 보건약료 분야의 발전에 기여하고 있습니다.  

의약정보연구소는 근거에 기반한 의약품 정보를 제공하고, 고도화된 임상의사결정을 지원하며, 의약품 사용의 안전성과 유효성을 최적화함으로써 우리나라 의약품 분야의 발전을 선도하는데 기여할 것입니다.  의약정보연구소에 지속적인 관심과 아낌없는 조언을 부탁드립니다.

The Drug Information Research Institute (DIRI) at Sookmyung Women’s University stands as Korea's first comprehensive drug information research institute, established on February 27, 1995. Over the past 30 years, we have been dedicated to disseminating drug information to healthcare professionals and have played a crucial role in the development of a drug information system. 

With a steadfast commitment to excellence, DIRI collects and analyzes the most current information pertaining to medications and their applications. Our institute actively contributes to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare system by implementing various projects focused on drug development, efficacy, and safety.

Moving forward, DIRI remains steadfast in its mission to drive innovation and excellence in the field of drug information.
