A robot is often defined as a programmable machine that is capable of carrying out commands automatically. This "Battle Bot" does not necessarily meet that criteria. It could be loosely interpreted that this creation was "programmed" to receive commands from a wireless controller and enact commands on it's motors when its was developed. However that is not a strong enough correlation to deem it as such. This battle bot is not a robot.
