At 13 months I was adopted from a small province in China. I grew up in the Bay Area with my mom and sister who taught me female empowerment and reminded me that I could achieve my goals with hard work and dedication. My time in the Hutchins program has further pushed and challenged me with thought provoking materials and deep seminars. Along the way, I have been encouraged and enabled to draw inspiration from these materials and conversations and tie them together with my own experiences and past.
