If you need help with registration, please make sure to first view our FAQ page, as well as review the Registration Process page. Below are some tips that may help you with Registration.
NOTE: Registration is DIFFERENT from the Athlete Application process. Athletes MUST have a valid Athlete Application for Participation Form on file with SONorCal, or have submitted a COMPLETE Application (including the doctor's portion) BEFORE Registering for Sports. If you need assistance in obtaining a physical exam, you may be able to obtain a discounted physical exam via MinuteClinic.

Once you have read the information about the Registration Process and viewed the Registration Periods and FAQ, you need to find your county to see available sports
You can either click the Find Your County link to be taken to a page with all counties:
OR use the Find Your County drop-down menu to see all counties:
Once on your county page, make sure to scroll down to the desired sports season (The order is Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall)
Use the Click HERE to Register button (see below) to be taken to the Registration Form for sports available during OPEN Registration Periods
If you click on a sport outside the open registration periods, you will see a "Closed Form" message:

Common registration entry errors:
Date of Birth - enter as mm/dd/yyyy (For Example: 09/05/2014)
Phone Number - enter with a dash between the sets up numbers (For Example: 555-555-5555)
Make sure all Required Fields are complete. They will be marked with a * and will be highlighted if you missed them:
Make sure to click "Submit" on the last page of the Registration Form:
Registration Confirmation Help
Once you click "Submit" you should see a confirmation screen on your device:
You should also receive a confirmation email at the Email Address you provided (the confirmation will only be sent to the first email address provided and NOT the optional "Additional Email Address" you may have entered:
