Miscellaneous Information
• Report all scratches at Friday night’s coaches’ meeting.
• Competition will take place in Four-Person Teams.
• Athletes on a team must be wearing the same uniform.
• Final schedules for Saturday will be handed out at Friday night’s coaches’ meeting.
• Final schedules for Sunday will be available in HQ (Graham Hall) Saturday evening (see timing notes below).

General Venue Information
Jeans are not allowed.
Players are not permitted to play without shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not allowed.
Sunscreen and hats are strongly recommended, as shade is limited.
Teams & spectators may bring tents (maximum size 10 x 10) but must respect the venue’s layout. Provided seating and shade will be for registered athletes, coaches and volunteers only, so please encourage spectators to bring chairs for themselves.
Court area is restricted to registered athletes, coaches and volunteers. Spectators must stay on the outer perimeter of the court area. A designated viewing area will be available on the grass and in the bleachers, but chairs will not be provided.
Water will be available around the courts.
Court dimensions are 12ft wide by 60ft long - complete dimensions listed on diagram at bottom of this page.
Schedule Breakdown
The Yellow Pool and Blue Pool are made up of the top 7 teams based on leveling and regional results.
The Red Pool and the Green Pool are made up of the next 8 teams based on leveling and regional results.
The Purple Pool and the Pink Pool are made up of the next 8 teams based on leveling and regional results.
The Orange Pool is made up of the next 3 teams based on leveling and regional results.
Structure - Yellow Pool and Blue Pool
On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 2-3 games (Round Robin)
After the Round Robin games, the top 1 team from the Yellow Pool and the top 2 teams from the Blue Pool will advance into Division A for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division A a 3-team division.
After Round Robin games, the bottom 2 teams from the Yellow Pool and the bottom 2 teams from the Blue Pool will advance into Division B for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division B a 4-team division.
On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 2-3 games and will be awarded accordingly.
Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.
Throughout the weekend, each team will play 4-6 games.
Structure - Red Pool and Green Pool
On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 3 games (Round Robin)
After the Round Robin games, the top 2 teams from the Red Pool and the top 2 teams from the Green Pool will advance into Division C for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division C a 4-team division.
After the Round Robin games the bottom 2 teams from the Red Pool and the bottom 2 teams from the Green Pool will advance into Division D for Sunday’s competition. This gives Division D a 4-team division.
On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 3 games and will be awarded accordingly.
Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.

Structure - Purple Pool and Pink Pool
On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 3 games (Round Robin)
After the round robin games, the top 2 teams from the Purple Pool and the top 2 teams from the Pink Pool will advance to Division E for Sunday’s competition. This will give Division E a 4-team division.
After the round robin games, the bottom 2 teams from the Purple Pool and the bottom 2 teams from the Pink Pool will advance to Division F for Sunday’s competition. This will give Division F a 4-team division.
On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 3 games and will be awarded accordingly.
Saturday’s records will not count towards Sunday’s results or awards.
Throughout the weekend, each team will play 6 games.
Structure - Orange Pool
On Saturday, each team will play the other teams in their pool one time for a total of 2 games (Round Robin). The Orange Pool will be competing in a 2-day tournament and will create Division G.
On Sunday, teams will Round Robin within their division for a total of 2 games and will be awarded accordingly.
Saturday’s records will count towards Sunday’s results and awards.
Throughout the weekend, each team will play 4 games.
OTHER NOTES
* Venue Director may adjust divisions for Sunday at their discretion.
* Sunday’s Competition Schedule will be based on results from Saturday, and will be available online or can be picked up between 6 -7 pm at HQ (Graham Hall).
* Games on Sunday will start at 8:15am. Registration begins at 7:45am.
