Science at SES

Somers Elementary School uses a program called Mystery Science to support our Science instruction in the classroom.

Mystery Science is designed for the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and covers key performance expectations for K-5 Science.

Mystery Science features multimedia science and STEM lessons. Each lesson begins by posing a question commonly asked by young students, which is followed by a series of brief videos and prompts used to guide class discussion.
