THE PREPOSITIONS GAME
Take a box and a ball or print this picture and cut it into 14 flash cards. Now, using each scenario, ask your student/child to name the French preposition the situation depicts. To make it simpler for beginners, you can even make flash cards containing the prepositions and ask them to match them to the given pictures.

Make everyone stand up! Now, give them the commands mentioned in the picture and ask the to perform those actions. Lets see how many in your class understand your French instruction!
To confuse intermediate or advanced beginners, perform the wrong action while giving them the command, do they listen to you or simply mimic you?
CONVERSE IN FRENCH
Teach your kids how to answer basic questions about themselves. Once they have mastered them, reverse roles and speak the answers first.
Now, Ask them to ask the question most appropriate to your answer. This is a fun new approach to the age old introductory questions. It also helps establish to meaning of different French interrogative words.

THE LETTER GAME
Take your French alphabet flashcards and shuffle them. Now, blindfold one of the players and ask them to randomly pick up one card. Ask them to show it to the audience. Now, the other players get 20 seconds to come up with has many French words starting with the letter as possible and write them on their respective sheets. Take off the player's blindfold and let them look at the card. Tell them to spontaneously recite as many words as possible starting with the chosen letter. Everyone takes turns to share their words and the players with the maximum correct answers, gets 10 points!
