Graduate in Polymer Engineering from Pune University, Suneet has always been passionate about issues such as climate change and sustainable lifestyle. A technocrat at heart he has been involved in the development of technologies such as plasma nitriding, polyurethane applications, LED drivers, tech support for sports (pace clocks), energy optimization, etc.

 At Solum, Suneet is responsible for site evaluation, energy studies, system design and optimization, sub-component design and optimization, onsite installation, and service.

 When Suneet is not busy solarizing the world, he rides off on his adventure bike to explore the wild. He has even traveled from Pune to Leh and back (6500+Km) in 25 days.

Graduate in Polymer Engineering from Pune University, Shilpa has worked extensively in MNCs in the fields of product and application development, business development, quality management, and business optimization. She has successfully executed her responsibilities in the roles of senior management such as Plant in-charge and Chief Technical officer.

 At Solum Shilpa is responsible for project costing, market development, supplier management, finance, and project coordination.
