This week I am asking you to create your own staff at home. Watch the 1st video to get ideas for materials to build your own staff. Then, you can write on the staff with me for the next video. If you want, you can send me a picture of your staff with a melody! I would love to see your creativity!
Also, I made some videos about rabbits. These are some of my favorite rabbit songs. Hopefully these songs you can sing every time a rabbit appears in a story you are reading, or if you spot a rabbit on a walk outside!

Take a mindful moment by laying on the floor or sitting in a comfy spot and listening to this beautiful music. Take deep breaths and see if you can recognize the main melody.
Now it's your turn to learn and sing this beautiful melody!
South Africa Week!
I love all of the music that I am sharing with you this week! I was extremely lucky to live in South African for a few months with my husband while he went to school. We lived in Cape Town and we traveled all around South Africa, and to South Africa's neighbors: Namibia Zimbabwe, and Botswana.
I hope you enjoy the Pata Pata dance and listening to the incredible music from South Africa! These songs I heard ALL the TIME while I lived there. They are beloved by South Africans and people all over the World. Some of the languages you will hear and sing are Zulu, Ndebele and Xhosa.

The miners that worked in the Gold mines of Aouth African wore gumboots (like tall rain boots) while they worked. They would make up complicated dances using these boots. Try this with your rain boots at home!Hola Mis Amigos!
We are going to explore music in Spanish this week! Tres Pajaritos and San Serenin are both songs found in many places where people speak Spanish, such as Spain, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Vamos a la mar is from Guatamala.
