Regular faculty meetings are held each month during the regular semesters and also one to two weeks before the start of each regular semester.
These meetings are hosted by the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs. The Dean and the heads of each program provide relevant updates, and any outstanding issue are discussed.
Faculty meetings are for all faculty. (Guest faculty are not required to attend.)
Announcements about the meetings are directly emailed to faculty.
Shorter faculty meetings are held generally on the first Tuesday of each month during regular semesters. These meetings are typically one to two hours in length.
Longer faculty meetings take the form of all day faculty retreats. These meetings serve to prepare for the start of the regular semesters and discuss developments that occurred during the intersession breaks.
All faculty members are required to complete the following mandatory trainings in accordance with university and legal regulations, including but not limited to:
Disability Awareness Training (직장 내 장애인식 개선)
Personal Information Protection and Information Security Training (개인정보보호 및 정보보안 교육)
Violence Prevention Education (폭력예방교육)
Mandatory Reporter Training for Emergency Welfare (긴급복지 신고의무자 교육)
Child Abuse Prevention Education (아동학대 예방교육)
Training Notification
SolBridge HR team will send an official email notice to faculty members when the mandatory training period begins. Faculty members are responsible for completing all required trainings within the designated timeframe.
Upon completion of each training, faculty members must submit the official Certificate of Completion (이수증) to the SolBridge Human Resources Team to their email (hr@solbridge.ac.kr).
*Please note that a Certificate of Confirmation (이수확인서) will not be accepted.
SolBridge HR team will collect all valid Certificates of Completion (이수증) and submit them to the relevant department.
Failure to complete mandatory trainings or to submit the appropriate certificate may affect the processing of administrative requests and compliance records.
