When it comes to Artificial Intelligence (AI), some might be enthusiastically saying, "Let's Go!" while others are more skeptical, exclaiming, "Heck No!" Regardless of where you find yourself on this spectrum, cultivating an open mindset and embracing continuous learning should be your first step.Â
In the 1970's, technology and automation resulted in increased productivity for the company, but were a direct threat to the factory jobs, many of which were ultimately eliminated or transformed. This trend of automation and job loss transformation has continued ever since and will likely continue to do so. Next time you go to the grocery, count the available cashiers vs. self checkout kiosks.
