Mrs. Lindsey Cottingham, Librarian
This is my fifth year working in The Circle. I am absolutely thrilled to be part of your child's learning journey. My passion lies in connecting students with the magic of books, empowering them with essential research skills, and fostering a lifelong love for learning.
In our Media Center, you'll find a vibrant hub of discovery, offering everything from captivating stories and exciting non-fiction to engaging technology tools and reliable resources. We host monthly reading challenges and enjoy our incentive parties to reward our students for their hard work. My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where every student feels inspired to explore, imagine, and grow as readers and critical thinkers.
I look forward to welcoming your children into the Media Center, helping them discover their next favorite book, and guiding them as they navigate the exciting world of information. Please feel free to stop by, say hello, or reach out with any questions – I'm here to support our students, teachers, and families in every way I can!
I am a graduate of Western Governors University with my Masters in Elementary Education and am in the process of obtaining my specialist degree at Valdosta State University. I am looking forward to a fun year with everyone!
