Welcome!

I am a Research Assistant Professor at the College of Business, Seoul National University.

My research explores how individuals and organizations respond to emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. I am especially interested in human–AI interaction, AI-enabled digital transformation, and the use of large language models as methodological tools for behavioral research.

I received my Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems, from Seoul National University.
