Instructions:

• Print out a copy of each activity.

• Choose to work on either the Suggested Activity or the Alternate Activity.

• Discuss your selected activity questions with your mentor.

• If you need additional resources for the suggested activity, look on the mentor website.

• When you have completed the selected activities for the month, both you and your mentor need to sign and date the paper copies and then have your mentor scan and doc send a copy of the completed and signed activities to Tara Brimhall in the Federal Programs office.
