At Snapology Austin, we offer full-service, stress-free birthday celebrations. Our exceptional party facilitators will lead children in an engaging and guided LEGO® robotics building activity, facilitate creative play in our Discovery Center, and provide a dedicated party room for snacks and cake. Plus, we’ll include outdoor playtime (weather permitting). Sit back, relax, and let us handle everything for your child's special day!
Birthday Party Rates & Add-on's
$425: 2-hour private party for up to 12 children
$15 / guest: each additional guest, up to 20 children

*Children under 4 do not meet our activity age requirements and, for
safety reasons, must remain with their caregiver.
Birthday Parties Include
A 2-hour private celebration in the Snapology Austin Discovery Center for up to 12 guests, led by two Snapology party facilitators
A 40-60 minute guided LEGO® robotics building activity of your choice from our age-appropriate list
Creative play in our Discovery Center, featuring car building stations and ramps, character mosaics, art and coloring activities, Loose LEGO® bricks, and plenty of minifigures
A dedicated, decorated party room with LEGO®-inspired cake stands and serving displays for snacks and cake
Outdoor playtime on our playground and sports court (weather permitting)
Two Snapology party facilitators that provide full-service support, including unloading and setup, activity facilitation, refreshment service, cake cutting, assistance with loading your vehicle, and cleanup

Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions
Can I tour the space before I reserve my date?
We are not open for drop in tours of our facility. Please see some more photos of our space here and reach out with any other questions.
Can the guests take their creations home?
Party activities and LEGO® creations are for entertainment and are not available for guests to take home. If you are interested in a take home option, party favors are available for an additional fee.
Can adults stay for the party?
Adults are welcome to stay for the duration of the party and mingle in our large foyer area, party room, or outdoor space as the children work on their activities. Our facility can accomodate a maximum of 60 people, including children.
What do I need to bring?
Party hosts are responsible for bringing food, beverages, and cake.
We have a refrigerator for cold item storage. We kindly request that drinks be in closed containers.
Plates, napkins, flatware, serving utensils, candles, and primary-colored decorations are provided.
Can I come early to decorate?
The host family will have access to Snapology Austin 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time. Snapology party facilitators will meet you at your vehicle to assist with unloading and setup, and provide a tour of the facilities. Our party space is adorned with bright, primary-colored tables, LEGO movie posters, balloons, LEGO-inspired cake stands, refreshment displays, and a "Happy Birthday" LEGO sign.
What are the parking options?
The address for our private parking lot is 1910 Fort View Rd., Austin, TX 78704. To access the private parking, please pull through the wooden gate and park at a diagonal in the areas marked VISITOR PARKING. Please do not park in front of parking cones or areas marked NO PARKING. Please do not use the barbershop parking lot.
Can our group stay after the party to play outside?
We kindly ask that guests depart 15 minutes after the scheduled party end time. Departures beyond this timeframe may incur additional fees.
How does payment work?
A $150 deposit is required to secure the party date and time.
The remaining party fees will be calculated after the party and an invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
Invoice payment is due 48 hours after receipt, after which the credit card on file will be charged.
