All expenses must directly support the student’s current SROHS courses.
Submit a Funds Use Request
This must be completed before making any purchases.
Request Review by SROHS Team
The team will:
✅ Confirm the request is eligible
🔄 Decide whether SROHS will purchase the item or if it qualifies for reimbursement
Eligibility Requirements
All requests must be connected to a current SROHS course or credit.
If requesting funds for an activity, the student must be enrolled in a related course to receive credit.
In general, funding is limited to $225 per course per school year.
Students are allowed 2 computer purchases in 4 years. No more than $500 each.
Option 1: Approved for Student/Family Purchase and Reimbursement
You’ll receive an email with a link to the Reimbursement Request Form.
You must upload your receipt using the form.
❌ Receipts sent via email will not be accepted.
Centralized tracking is required for accountability.
Reimbursements typically take 3–4 weeks to process.
Option 2: Approved for SROHS to Purchase
The SROHS team will order the item (usually through Amazon).
You’ll receive an email confirming the approval and, if applicable, another email once the item is ordered.
Shipping and processing may take 3–4 weeks.
🛠️ March 24, 2026- Last day to earn new funds
📬 April 14, 2026- Final date to submit request forms (Grades 7–11)
🎓 May 4, 2026- Final date to submit request forms (Seniors)
Students preregistered for the 2026–2027 Washington D.C. Trip may roll over up to $1,100
All other students may roll over up to $400

Laptops, Desktops, Tablets (no more that $400) and only two times for a four-year student, Headphones
Internet Access (monthly fees, modems, routers, mobile hotspots, wi-fi extenders) up to 50% of a bill not to exceed $50 a month (some locations may be approved for more based on locations).
Fitbit or equivalent (smart watch)
