Learning Funds Budget - Student
Expense Reimbursement
Student Learning Budgets
Overview
The budget amount for each high school student enrolled for the entire year could $1200, $1600, or $1800 based on students “In Progress %” and/or “Mastered %” (See below for more details).
Approved purchases made between July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, go on this year's budget regardless of when a student joins the program.
All requests for purchase during this school year must be received by April 30, 2024
Budgets are intended to help meet the educational needs of each student including needs for technology, internet, curriculum, supplies, and elective supplies.
Students/ Families fill out a Funds Use Request prior to purchasing any items. The SROHS team determines if the purchase meets the requirements for a qualified purchase and determines if SROHS will purchase, or if the purchase will be reimbursed.
Funding requests should be connected to courses/credits the students are enrolled in, so if you or your student are using funding for activities, they will need to be enrolled in courses to get credit for those activities.
