Andrew Golembieski actively engages with professional organizations to support his role as a high school LPS teacher. Andrew is also a member of SkillsUSA, fostering career readiness and leadership skills in his students, though they have not yet participated in competitions. Additionally, the district is exploring membership with LAPSEN to further enhance the program, which would provide additional support and networking opportunities for Andrew and his students.

Andrew Golembieski has actively engaged in professional development to support his program needs. Recently, he attended a CTE Conference in Palm Springs alongside his fellow Criminal Justice teacher from the San Marcos District, gaining valuable insights and resources. He also participates in weekly meetings with his CTE Professional Learning Community (PLC) and attends the annual CLNA/Perkins meeting with industry partners to align his teaching with industry standards. While Andrew is eager for additional professional development opportunities, grant funding has not yet been available for his program. Addressing this is a priority for the district, which aims to provide greater support for his continued growth.
