PLEASE FILL OUT THIS CONTRACT BEFORE YOU BEGIN TUTORING.

Schedule to meet with your tutee for your first tutoring session IN THE LIBRARY.

Fill out the contract via the Google Form below  (only the tutor needs to do this).
