First day of wrestling practice is Monday, September 18. All wrestling practices, Monday-Thursday, are at Shawnee Mission South. Students will be bussed to South from Indian Woods. They must be on the bus by 3:51. Any student who misses the bus will need to find their own transportation to South. Students will need to be picked up at South at 5:45 after each practice. Pickup is in the north parking lot, which is close to Indian Creek, behind the auxiliary gym.
All students must have turned in their completed health forms, including proof of a physical signed by a physician. These forms must be turned in no later than Friday, September 15 in order to participate in the first practice.
There will be an pre-season informational meeting for families of boys and girls who are interested in wrestling. Stay tuned for the date.
