Damaged Device and accessories
Report any damage to a device, case or charger to a teacher immediately.
A WHD ticket will need to be initiated. Administrators and ICT will work together to determine if a fine should be assessed.
Students will be issued a working replacement device.

Student MacBook operating system upgrades are performed through Manager. If the update is not available in Manager, please submit a WebHelpDeskticket.
The upgrade takes 30-90 minutes and can be performed at home or at school. The MacBook needs to remain plugged in, powered on and awake once the upgrade process is started.
1 Connect the MacBook charger
2 Restart the MacBook and log in
3 Open Manager 
4 Select the My Commands tab 
5 Execute the macOS Upgrade – Catalina command 
The upgrade will be prepared in the background and may take several minutes before informational messages are displayed. Please ensure the MacBook remains plugged in, powered on and awake. During the upgrade process, the MacBook will automatically restart. Once the update has completed the MacBook will return to the login screen.
