This is my 19th year in Shawnee Mission and my 11th at Indian Hills.  Prior to getting my Master's degree in Library Science, I was an elementary classroom teacher.  

My husband, Matt, and I have two daughters: Lowell (5 years) and Vala (3 years).  

We also have two dogs, one of which is a therapy dog.  Her name is Dewey...isn't that appropriate?
