• Finish your story board for Wednesday

• REACH read for 15

• Write an example of the 4 kinds of sentences on loose leaf.  Label the kind of sentence it is, and circle the subject. If the subject is the understood you, then write this:  (you)

Monday: 

•  Work on your story board for 20 minutes

• re-read your paragraph on Margot from your drill book and make sure there are no run-ons or fragments; use red pen

Week of 9/8

Friday:  Reach Read for 45

• ixl EE.7 in the 7th grade tab; please go to 90%

Wednesday:  practice for vocabulary unit 1 test Friday 9/12

• study your synonym and antonym puzzles

• grammar page 4

• Finish IXL EE.6 if you did not finish in class

Tuesday:  Vocabulary in Context; study synonym/antonym crossword puzzles; practice on websites for vocab 1 test Friday; Reach read for 15 minutes; study the meanings of the 4 types of sentences and be able to write your own

Monday:  Spelling Scramble worksheet Unit 1; practice for vocabulary unit 1 test Friday 9/12; Complete “Completing the Sentence”; practice meanings of 4 types of sentences and creating them

Week of 9/1 to 9/5

Monday:  Don't see you

Tuesday:  Reach book by 9/5; Practice for vocab test unit 1 (link in google classroom); re-read "All Summer in a Day" and answer questions; add to summer reading by Friday if you need to

Wednesday:   Reach book by 9/5; Practice for vocab test unit 1 (link in google classroom); finish "All Summer in a Day" vocab sheet; add to summer reading by Friday if you need to

Thursday:  Vocabulary unit 1 worksheet "Using Context" (two sided) and all the other stuff due tomorrow

Friday:  ixl Sentence practice to 90% EE.1 in the 7th grade tab

• practice for vocabulary unit 1 test Friday 9/12

• Complete Synonyms and Antonyms

• if you forgot your REACH book, bring it in on Monday
