Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take pictures during the tour... but the inside was beautiful! The building is built directly over the tomb of St. Thomas the Apostle.

We were shown around by a knowledgeable tour guide, and learned about the significance of this shrine's dedication to both Vishnu and Krishna (it's rare to see them both worshipped together in the same place). Some of these strucutres were only rediscovered after the tsunami of 2004, revealing the temples below.
