Day Two: Disneyland!

The day everyone was looking forward to the most - DISNEYLAND! We started our day earlier than we thought since everyone was on time (nice job, everyone!) However, with security, the tram wait and ride, and a longer-than-expected entry line, we didn't get into the park until about an hour after we showed up. We all rode Pirates of the Caribbean together, and hearing the laughs and screams during the drops was so fun - especially for our three first-timers to the park! The kids made the most of the entire day from start to finish riding as many rides as they could, trying all of the TikTok foods (shoutout to Sofi's Black Caf Cold Brew!), and taking pictures that captured all of the fun memories. A highlight of the day was Landon earning a Junior Conductor badge from the Disneyland Railroad since he wished every single person on the train a magical day - truly in our Lasallian fashion. Noah protected Milo from getting soaking wet on Tiana's Bayou Adventure, but luckily it was a warm day so everyone dried off rather quickly. After gathering to head back to the hotel for the evening, Ms. Chua's car (Landon, Landry, Madison, Nia, and Rodney) played a rousing game of Imposter while Ms. Sorbi's and Mr. Olson's cars opted for playlist sharing. Tomorrow is a later start before we head to tour LMU and the Petersen Automotive Museum and have an impactful evening with the Cathedral High School Brothers Community.
