From Coach Emily: Thank you all for your encouragement and support today for our SAMO Vikings. Congratulations to us all as we swept the League both as Individual and Team League Champs!! Wow!
For most, this marks the end of the XC season. We encourage all athletes whose season is over to rest up, no running, for the next two weeks. Practice will be a study hall. After two weeks, they can start to slowly ease into training again over the Holidays for track tryouts.
Looking forward to celebrating everyone together in person at the banquet very soon.
